The Ministry of Education and Sports Uganda and Handicap International – Humanité & Inclusion, with support from the European Union, have done a great job developing this practical guide to make compliance with Uganda’s 2019 Building Control Code much easier. By following its standards, schools can ensure their facilities are accessible and inclusive for everyone — including learners, teachers, parents, and other people with disabilities.
